About Me
Currently, I serve as a Site Coordinator for Communities In School at the local High School. As an educator, I mentor and promote academic readiness to students for their upcoming college endeavors under the Region 12 and Upward Bound program.
In my previous position, I served over 20 years at the Killeen Independent School District. This position allowed me to become aware of the needs within our community. Concerns such as mental health issues and a sense of belonging encouraged me to be a foster care parent to over 150 children for over a decade.
